    How we measure status

    • Operational — at least 70% of recent extraction attempts in the last 60 minutes succeeded.
    • Degraded — between 30% and 70% succeeded. Some downloads may take longer or fail.
    • Down — fewer than 30% succeeded. Likely an upstream provider issue.
    • No data — too few attempts in the window to compute a reliable status.

    Status is computed from anonymized aggregate counts only — no URLs, IPs, or user data.
